These Terms of Service govern your use of thriverest.com and your purchase of products from Thriverest ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase from Thriverest. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Pre-Order Terms
When you place a pre-order, you are entering into a binding purchase agreement. Your payment method is charged at the time of order. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships — email hello@thriverest.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not accepted; our 90-Night Cooling Performance Guarantee applies from the delivery date.

Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith. In the event of a delay beyond 30 days of the stated ship date, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. The price at time of purchase is final. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Thriverest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our 90-Night Cooling Performance Guarantee is described in full on our Refund Policy page, incorporated here by reference.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on thriverest.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by Thriverest. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Thriverest's liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact hello@thriverest.com and allow 30 days for us to attempt resolution. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration under Ontario, Canada law — not in court and not as a class action.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
