Shipping policy

Pre-Order Shipping (orders placed before October 15, 2026)
All current orders are pre-orders. Your card is charged at time of order. Estimated ship date: week of October 15, 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated US delivery: 10–21 business days after the ship date, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Calculated at checkout. 

Address Changes
Contact hello@thriverest.com immediately if you need to update your address before your order ships. We cannot redirect packages already in transit and are not responsible for deliveries to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact your carrier. If the carrier confirms the package lost, email us at hello@thriverest.com within 30 days of expected delivery.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
