The 90-Night Cooling Performance Guarantee

We mean it when we say we stand behind this pillow. Try Thriverest for 90 nights. If your night sweats and sleep overheating haven't improved, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Step 1 — Email Us First

Before sending anything back, email hello@thriverest.com with your order number and a brief note on what isn't working. We reply within 1 business day. Most customers find that a small adjustment in positioning resolves it — we want to make sure you've had a real shot at results before processing a return.

To Be Eligible

  • You contact us within 90 nights of your delivery date
  • The pillow is clean and free of damage beyond normal use (no stains, tears, or strong odors)
  • One unit per household is eligible under this guarantee, even if multiple units were ordered

Return Shipping

We cover it for the first 30 days. If your return is approved within 30 nights of delivery, we'll email you a prepaid return label — no cost to you. For returns approved between day 31 and day 90, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Arrived Damaged or Defective?

Inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrived damaged or defective, email us a photo of the item and its original packaging at hello@thriverest.com. We'll send a prepaid return label — once we receive the item back, we'll ship a replacement immediately or issue store credit, your choice. If you'd prefer a full refund instead, the item must be returned in the same damaged condition it arrived in.

Pre-Order & Waitlist Orders

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email hello@thriverest.com with your order number. Once shipped, the 90-night guarantee applies from your delivery date.
